Crew Opportunities

Get started by creating an account on the railmeets.com website. After you have created your account, you can search for crew opportunities within the Duluth Yacht Club community. 

Sometimes a skipper may be looking for crew at the last minute before leaving the dock for a race. If you go to one of the locations listed below, you can ask if anyone is in need of crew.

• 4:30-5:00 - The Baywalk next to the Minnesota Slip Bridge

Be sure to bring appropriate clothing, closed-toed shoes, water, and a life jacket if you have one. Keep in mind that sometimes races get cancelled at the last minute due to weather.
