The Lake Superior Solo Scramble features a series of three events over a one week duration starting in Bayfield WI. The overall objective of the series is to provide new solo skippers with a realistic sense of a GLSS Solo Challenge and to serve as a qualifying event for those interested in participating in one of the GLSS major events.
To serve as a GLSS Qualifying event the total time involved to complete the event must exceed 24 hours under sail and extend not less than 100 nautical miles.

Legs 2 and 3 of this event will run concurrently with the LSYA Off-shore Series. Refer to Notice of Race for further information.

Completed Safety Check List and Release Form to be completed and turned in at Skipper’s Meeting. Refer to Notice of Race for further information. Sailing instructions will be distributed by email prior to the event.
